Shipping

Our shipments are carried out with primary national courier companies.

To check the regularity of each individual shipment, the Courier keeps a copy of the entire documentation, from the departure of the product to its delivery.
For your purchases on the site, shipping is FREE throughout ITALY (minimum order subtotal 99.00 Euro); shipments to countries belonging to the European Community will have a variable cost in relation to the country of destination.
Purchase orders are processed by us on the morning of  days  Monday Wednesday and Friday.

Shipments depart within 12 max 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed after 20.00 will be processed in 48 working hours.

To this are added the  courier delivery times ranging between 24/48 hours. But we do everything we can to anticipate delivery times as much as possible.

During the Christmas period the shipping days may vary.
To avoid misunderstandings  it is necessary to precisely indicate any useful reference of the delivery address.
Our current courier  is GLS and you can track your order on the website www.gls.it using the tracking number, which will be active from the evening hours of the shipping day.

During the month of August the shipping days and intervals may vary.

Exchange
The change of size and / or model is free within 10 days from when you receive the bikini and only if it is the first change. Changes subsequent to the first will have a cost of € 6.00.

Our courier will collect the product at the same delivery address and you will pay, in the case of changes subsequent to the first, directly in his hands the amount of the shipment.

In order to make use of the change, size or model, we therefore invite you to contact us promptly.

Products on sale, purchased through discount codes, or outlets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products from previous collections on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Cover For Masks, for reasons of hygiene, cannot be replaced or returned.

If you intend to cancel your purchase, you need to make a return.
Returns are to be made in accordance with the right of withdrawal, the terms of which are indicated in Article 7 of the conditions of sale. 
You will be credited back the amount you paid minus  the shipping costs incurred by Tihta to send you the item, within 24 working hours from the delivery of the item.
